Files Office provides online file utilities - conversion, compression, merging, splitting, signing and phone-based document scanning - that run in your browser and on our servers. By using the site you agree to these terms.

You retain all rights to files you upload. You are responsible for the legality of your files and for having the right to process them. Temporary files are deleted on a schedule described in the Privacy Policy; do not use Files Office as permanent storage.
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Tools that depend on optional server components (e.g. LibreOffice, Ghostscript, Imagick) may be unavailable on some deployments and are clearly labelled when that is the case. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The site's design, code and text content are the property of Files Office. Generated output files are yours.
The site may display advertisements (Google AdSense) and loads fonts/icons from public CDNs. Those services are governed by their own terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Files Office is not liable for data loss, conversion errors, or any indirect damages arising from use of the tools. Always keep backups of original files.
We may update these terms; the updated date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
